I. The type of
training we provide is highly interactive, and based on targeted
curricula development and lesson plan creation and
implementation. It is flexible to adjust to changing
priorities and individual needs. Our training experience is
deeply immersed in Management Training, Organizational Development,
Outplacement Customer Service, and Team Building.
II. On site, off site, individual
or group, our twenty-nine (29) years of experience in the job search
and training process clearly and cleanly envelopes ANY one at ANY
level, from peasant to prince. Training sessions are
structured, yet informal enough for comfort, building on existing
knowledge, imparting new tools, and effectively and efficiently
solving individual problem during the process.

program is designed and tailored to assist anyone in achieving their

Group training, close counseling, problem resolution, and
input that empowers and invigorates, drive the process. Executive
level, managerial, professional, and non-exempt programs are
available.
All
clients receive The Job Hunt,
"A Seven (7) Step Guide to 'The Jungle Out There."
This combination guide and workbook is drawn from the
author's individual and managerial experience in the hard-hitting,
tough world of employment.
Sessions
are scheduled and structured in the following manner:
1. Everyone has an individual face-to-face meeting for
comprehensive assessment, and to establish clear expectations.
2. On the first meeting of each week, a full overview of the
process is provided, detailing strategies and tactics needed to be
effective.
3. At the second meeting of each week, follow-on, group
coaching and close-support is provided during the implementation
phase of the job hunt. All tactical problems are addressed in
an extremely positive, clear, concise, and goal-oriented
manner. Individual problems are immediately identified and
addressed.
4. Between sessions, enjoy the availability of ready-access to
your coach to address urgent issues.
5. Receive frequent tools, tips, event notices, and
encouragement in parallel to other efforts.
6. "Executive" level people have the option of
additional time during the week to meet with their coach.
7. We closely work with you for approximately two (2)
months. In certain circumstances, that can be extended.
HOWEVER, the process is specifically designed to yield FAST and
SATISFACTORY results.
Each
session will have limited seating to provide an intimate experience
and focused dialog.
Regardless
of the level or type of Training challenge, if it has to do with
employees, we can provide timely, effective, elegant and sensitive
solutions.
