A perfect size for parties up to one-hundred twenty (120), this natural hardwood floor, stage, ample lighting, heat and air conditioning, provide a nice ambiance for Meetings, Baby Showers, Wedding Showers, Wedding Receptions, Birthday and Holiday Parties,  etc.  This "old but clean" building is well-maintained, has adequate exits (sorry, no ramps), good lighting (with dimmer control), and a cloak room.  There is an available private bar in an adjoining room with pool table, darts, and television.

Our non-smoking environment provides room to "boogie," eat, relax, prepare food (we have a new stove and kitchen floor).  Electricity is well up to code with an entire wall of outlets available for electric food warmers for "buffet style" serving.

Current rates are the following:

Members:                    $100.00

Non-members:             $200.00

Per Hour after five (5):   $ 50.00

N.B.:  The following clause is included in all of our Agreements:

"In the event that the named party as Lessee/Renter pursuant to the herein Knights of Columbus Building Rental Agreement is an agent and/or straw for, or is engaged with a campaign committee for a particular person running for, or an organization which has views, mission or philosophy in any way different than the views of the herein Knights of Columbus Building Council, Lessor, or the Massachusetts State Council Knights of Columbus and/or the Supreme Council of the Knights of Columbus, then upon such disclosure of the same before the Lessee/Renter Agreement commences, Lessor shall have the right to terminate such rental agreement, return the deposit or lease hold rent to the party who engaged in such lease/rental contract and all of the rights of both Lessee/Renter and Lessor shall be null and void and neither party shall have any recourse against the other."
