Interpersonally, am the oldest of nine (9) children, and have had conflict-resolution skills over a lifetime.  Have worked in extremely aggressive and strained business environments, and managed them as well, in order to maintain peace and productivity.  Am continuously a problem-solver, and have been used to build Retention percentages, solve “bad press” problems both internally and externally, and mediate the exchanges between candidates and hiring managers.  As a “master” in my craft, I know that I do not have all the answers, and always listen to, and look for, constructive input.
