Topics to be Mentioned at next DD Visit:

1. Continuing discussions on membership, retention and program development
2. State calendar.
3. Asking for questions regarding any concerns.

4.  I can be reached at 978.857.8661.  Email: steinbachdd@yahoo.com

5. Ask yourself how you are doing with keeping ahead of the necessary forms and reports?
5. We are still going to try to have a Squires Circle in each council. This is the MOST
IMPORTANT FACTOR in maintaining healthy membership levels. This is based on serious
"outside the box" research and cannot be ignored. Work within your council to find the leader.
6. All council members should be asking themselves where they can best help achieve the
goals of the order, be they in Youth, Community, or Church.
